What if my shoes aren't perfect?
We want you to love our shoes. If the fit isn't right, or if there's a problem with the shoe, let us know and we'll work to make it right.
Exchanges
Exchanges are free, and we pay shipping both ways. If you would like to receive a different size, color, or style, please place a new order on the Polished website for the replacement shoes. Once you receive your new order number, please contact us here, and we will send you a pre-paid return label. Once we receive your original pair we will issue a full refund, making the exchange completely free.
All exchanges will have the $7.00 re-shipping fee waived and any product(s) purchased during a promotion or sale will still be honored at the original purchase price.
Returns
If you decide to send something back, just make sure it's in original condition and within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact us here with your order number and we’ll take it from there. Or, if you prefer, you can email us at returns@polished.shoes. Please include as much information as you can, including your original order number and the question or problem you're trying to resolve. We'll send a pre-paid return shipping label, which may be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for returns due to defects. For returns without apparent reasons, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Only returns previously authorized by our team will be accepted (see return instructions, above).
Defects and Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
