Refund Policy

What if my shoes aren't perfect?

We want you to love our shoes. If the fit isn't right, or if there's a problem with the shoe, let us know and we'll work to make it right. Exchanges are always free, including shipping both ways. Returns are free, too, but return shipping is on you. 

If you need to send something back, just make sure it's in original condition and within 30 days of your purchase. For your convenience, you can also request a pre-paid shipping label from us and you can schedule a pickup at your home or office. 

Once we receive the returned items in good condition, we'll give you a full refund, less a $10 charge for the pre-paid return shipping, if you choose that option. 

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@polished.shoes. Please include as much information as you can, including your original order number and the question or problem you're trying to resolve. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item and send back the item you wish to return. Email us at returns@polished.shoes to request a pre-paid return label and let us know it's an exchange and we'll make it easy. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
