About the Fit: Like all natural, breathable leathers, this shoe will adapt to your foot over time. It can even change with you from morning until night as your feet swell slightly the longer you are on them. These shoes run slightly narrow, but will stretch slightly to accommodate a normal footbed. If you need a half-size, consider buying the next size up since the shoe is on the narrow side.

I saw the add for Polished mens shoes on line. I visited their site and was very pleased with th merchandise. I ordered my first pair of shoes and a belt from polished. When I received the package I found a hand written note inside from one of the owners. I have never experienced that before. I noticed that my shoes arrived but not the belt. I emailed Polished and within a couple of hours got an email from Tim, one of the owners. He apologized and sent me a replacement belt. After experiencing this high customer service I placed another order for another pair of shoes another belt and a card holder. I did receive my replacement belt and it was of the highest quality. My first pair of shoes I received blew me away. They were made of quality leather and the manufacturing of the shoe was superb. They are also very comfortable. I am truly a customer for life.
I generally wear a 10 or 10.5 US size depending on the shoe. I measured per the instructions and ordered size 10 hesitantly - and they fit great. This shoe runs relatively narrow (I have wideish feet) but after 10 minutes or so I was perfectly comfortable and I'm sure they'll move a bit from here.
Shipping was very fast - I was expecting to wait for a couple of weeks at least, and the shoes arrived with a personalized note, extra laces, and a protective bag. They were just as they appear on the website, which isn't always the case.
I'll be buying more no doubt!

I recently purchased my 3rd and 4th pair of Polished shoes. These shoes fit, wear, and present like no other shoes I have owned. I have spent more and I have spent less on shoes all with the same result. Tired feet and frustrated with what I paid for and didn't receive. The customer service is what I expected. They quickly resolved my issue and stayed in contact during the process. The shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have owned. I can wear them all day and my feet aren't fatigued.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
